The beans come from the green island of Madagascar, from the \u00c5kesson organic plantation. The plantation owner Bertil \u00c5kesson proudly carries on his father\u2019s cocoa legacy and produces the best quality beans. The plantation is situated in the lush Sambriano valley, taking up 2,000 hectares along with its pepper and coffee plantation.<\/p>\n<p>We added some Nordic flavour to the chocolate\u2014birch sap caramel.
