As our partners from the University of Tartu confirm, this chocolate is very special. “Three big”– cocoa, milk and lactic acid bacteria got together, all efficient in many ways. Scientists have shown that lactic acid bacteria have many useful properties. Everybody knows that cocoa is good and milk is your first food. QR code on the cover tells you more. This chocolate got its first international recognition and won a silver medal at the world food quality competition in Brussels.
