No. 25 Madagascar 50%, Gingerbread flavoured milk chocolate. This milk chocolate relates to Christmas, but our customers love it all year round. We used a recipe from Ancient Egypt to create it. The “mysterious” spices are black pepper, cardamom, ginger and clove. Close your eyes and imagine yourself strolling between pyramids or in the green island of Madagascar, from where these organic cocoa beans and some spices originate.
