Our aim was to create a delicious chocolate without adding sugar and we succeeded. We used erythritol as a sweetener. As a result, the chocolate tastes superb and is suitable for diabetics. Additionally, this chocolate contains about 20% less calories than our traditional São Tomé 70% chocolate where sugar is added.
