In this book, our chocolatiers present their best cake, candy and sweet recipes, which we kept secret until now.
The recipes guide you to the paths of making chocolate cakes and candies with less effort, as well as to the glamorous cake decorating art. It goes without saying that every recipe contains chocolate – be it white, dark, milk or ruby chocolate, sometimes even all four at the same time. Original recipes contain reindeer moss in chocolate, birch sap caramel candies, chocolate turtles, easy lollipops.
In a special section, there are instructions on how to make your own chocolate from beans at home, from choosing and cleaning cocoa beans to making silky smooth fresh chocolate.
